Reiki is a Japanese energy technique that promotes physical and mental well-being. Rei, meaning ‘universal’ and Ki, meaning ‘life energy’ come together to create ‘universal life energy’; this refers to the energy that flows through each of us.

Reiki is shared and received through the practitioners hands either through hands on touch or with hands hovering above the body. The practitioner is a conduit or channel for universal life energy, it’s important to note that even though the energy come through the practitioner it does not come from them; energy is directly received from Source (or any other name you identify with).

Reiki energy is pure, safe, and gentle ~ a lovely compliment for any healing journey.
