  • No. This is a supportive wellness and embodiment immersion rooted in nervous system education and regulation practices. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.

  • The Honey Reset Series is designed to support your needs, so yes, you can absolutely join one Reset at a time OR join the full series. It’s up to you!
